Born in Hartford, Connecticut on November 26, 1946, Attorney Moran received his Bachelor of Arts degree (Political Science) from Syracuse University in 1968 and his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University School of Law in 1971. In September of 1971 he was admitted to the practice of law in Connecticut and in 1980 was admitted to the practice of law before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Attorney Moran's areas of practice include residential and commercial real estate, the formation of business entities, business transactions, estate planning and estate administration, and performing title searches and providing expert testimony for title insurance companies and other attorneys in matters involving real estate disputes. In 1987 Attorney Moran received a Certificate of Commendation from the State of Connecticut Judicial Department in recognition of his years of service as a Small Claims Commissioner in the Superior Court. In 2000, he was recognized by the Connecticut Association of Boards of Education for his many years of service as a member of the Simsbury Board of Education. Attorney Moran is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the New England Land Title Association.
